They were in the demo along with the Solid Buss stuff, but they are not in the licensed product! I haven't even looked yet to see what else is missing. If not, then NI customer support can send you the downloads (I remember needing to do that for a few of those effects).
If you had them installed at one point, you should still be able to download them from here, I think: NI later moved them into standalone plugins and discontinued the GR versions (if you're talking about Vintage Series compressors, Transient Master, etc.). Neither are in the actual licensed product that I installed, which is version 5, and the demo was also version 5. VC76, VC2A, VC160 + Solid Buss effects were in the demo. I've had GR5 for a few years now (though I rarely use it).
